SR20DET caliper brake pad clips

Recommended Posts

I'm looking for some SR20DET brake pad brackets that hold the pads in, but I cannot locate them anywhere. Have any of you guys needed these before and if so, where did you get them from? These ones here:

Apart from Nissan, they take forever to get the parts - I've tried Taark in the meantime.

Go to a wrecker and get some, they'll probably make you buy the whole caliper but they're worth bugger all anyway.

Edit: beat me to it, pretty sure they're from rear calipers

Still looking for them guys...I can't find them anywhere without needing to buy the whole rear calipers :( which I don't need.

I feel your pain! I managed to lose mine once during a brake pad change!!

Local Nissan dealer didn't have any in stock and couldn't give me any decent timeframe on ordering some in - ended up buying them off a Nissan Dealer in the states who had an eBay store along with some other stuff..

If you get desperate I think I have one - maybe two - laying around my garage you can have for free if you want me to post them to you

Nissan should have it in stock. Ordered a set of these in the morning and they shortly came in during the arvo.

Those pad retainers are for the rears, front calipers don't use these.
