Fuel System

Hey,

 

So im wanting to put together a fuel system that I hopefully wont have to touch again (except for abit of maintainence) as I go for more and more power and Im wanting to be able to run E85. Im going to use my car for the occasional daily drive but i'll mainly be taking it to the track and hill climbs.

 

This is the setup ive come up with in theory but i just wanted to make sure i havent missed anything out

 

The parts i have drawn are the parts that i will upgrade. Im just not sure what kind of fuel rail to go with. Do they differ at all?

Fuel pressure reg goes on the return line not the feed line

So do all fuel rails allow you to have 2 feed lines?

 

Not all but most after market fuel rails do

I know all our Powertune fuel rails are twin entry

 

Any fuel rail that has a return line out let in the middle of the rail can be used as a twin entry fuel rail

How much PSI should the fuel pressure regulator be set in PSI for just a almost stock silvia thats boosting 7 - 12 PSI?

alternativly you can modify the OEM rail with weld on fittings to be duel entry with a single return.
