Please RB20 it.

I'd love to do one myself but the RTA says no (engine is too old to be registered in an S14)

But for a track car I'd totally do RB20.

Please do it

Please :)

Buy a mig, not a tig. I bought a tig and love it but it cant be used on any existing bodywork. Its annoying.

screamer out the guard makes it quieter...

Really? Ha guess it echos under car which makes it loud...

What are your thoughts on welding the gate closer to the merge. Will I achieve much or just waste my time?

If a 38mm gate (I assume) can't control a standard turbo ill eat my hat.

Better start chewing. This isn't a standard turbo mate. It's a high precision slut flowed rb25 turbo. Bitches will be squirting everywhere (slippery gypsy *cough**cough*)

Yeah, just run the screamer in normal fashion, pointing down between the chassis rail and gearbox. Just make sure it isn't too long that you tear it off on a ripple strip.

Awesome! Really want one of ET's trumpet screamers And thoughts of leaving wherr it mounts now or cutting it off and welding the flange to the merge?

Also some good news.. bought new rims for the fc so I have acquired the 17x9 riverside stitches which will be getting new 5" lips from the states and tucking under the flares!!

Don't use the winch as an anchor point.

Nahh i had straps around the whole thing (two on the front two on the rear). I just ALWAYS chuck the winch onto the car as extra back up incase a strap fails.

I just took the photo of this half unstrapped as it was getting dark quick.

Cheers for the offer man but we do have all the front panels and light.

Atm we are just focusing on getting it rolling. Which all i need is front LCA's, Steering rack and tie rod ends.
