Diets..

After many many years of hating on gyms I decided to get motivated around this time last year, I trained and got some results but refused to change my diet

so I was still a little fatty..

I recently 3 months ago stopped training but now once again have started but I need to change my diet....

 

Here is my diet... Is it really that bad?

 

A can of coke a day, no energy drinks,

 

Bread...maybe 4 pieces a day atleast,

 

Milo atleast a litre of milk a day

 

Cheese... its my friend.

 

Maccas atleast 4 times a week normally just mc chicken meals....

 

I basically only eat, bread, pasta, noodles, chicken...

 

No lollies, but damn atleast 2 bags of kit kats a week...

 

 

What I would like too really know though is if im on protein shakes can I avoid meals, they say not too but honestly i like short cuts....???

That's not really even a diet..

 

If you want to see a change. Specifically plan at least 3 solid meals. + protein shakes. (this is a very simple approach)

 

For example.

 

Breakfast Oats + shake

 

meal 1 tuna, salad, brown rice

 

meal 2 steak, salad, whole meal pasta

 

meal 3 chicken, salad, pasta

 

Those are just balanced meals.

You can sub salad for vegetables etc etc

AND No, Protein shakes are not a substitute for an entire meal

Replace your litre of milk with ice cream, it's packed with more protein and energy.

if you like "shortcuts" you should just skip the whole fitness/lifting idea and go straight to lipo or something.

 

with a mindset like that from the get go any regime will fail in a month anyway

nice diet! great for bulking, bad if your trying to lose weight...REAL BAD.

 

as for protein shakes replacing meals, not ideal but i do it often as i jst cbf eating sometimes. jst add an egg or 2 to the shake and carbs(if your bulking) and you should be fine.

butttt... i do use protein shakes to sometimes replace meals, usually when im tryna lose body fat...

but when bulking, try to eat all meals and not just any meals.

but balanced meals that have a fair amount of protein..

If it was real, this thread would even exceed the stupidity levels expected from this forum.
