Bling you would prolly know, What size wastegate should i run with that turbo? 44mm tial i was thinking.

Specially seen as how you would be wanting to run at LEAST 16psi through that turbo.

Ive got so far:

 

-3" exhaust from end of dump pipe

-Greddy LS FMIC

-Walbro 500 hp Fuel pump

-Greddy emanage blue (yet to be installed)

 

I reckon ill need some 440cc/550cc injectors with this turbo.

My standard 370's maxed out at ~240kw/325hp, a mates 550's were close to their limit at ~300kw/400hp, if that helps?

What do you guys know about T3 to T4 adapters? Any good? worth running? Im having troubles finding a good quality single turbo manifold with a T3 mount on it. I don't want to spend 1k on a fab'd up one either. (Im a jew when it comes to cash)

not yet, not staying this low. I work where there are lots of trucks= lots of dips in the road = way too much scrapping

ide be happy with 250+ with a safe tune :)

 

Since I've gotten rid of traction control I think I can get a bit more power without it interfering. My hand controller says my IDC is 100% around 3000-4000RPM though :P

This is a noob question butttt, What is the big difference between a fab'd manifold to a SS ebay one? Other than the price and the ebay one is known to crack sometimes? Performance wise they would do the same thing right?? Please don't flame although i know you would have the greatest urge to right now :P

How much of a jew are you kempo?

 

Main differences between say a 6boost and an ebay job would be quality and flow. 6boost can significantly improve power and reduce lag. If you want to be a jew get an ebay job and take it to an exhaust specialist and have them make any improvements for reliability they deem necessary.

Also most steam pipe ones come with a lifetime warranty.. Get a rex_kelway one they are fairly cheap. Also steampipe retains the heat better than stainless.

Haha im not that much of a jew :beer: . hrmm i might fork out the cash for a fab'd one. Ive seen some of the work Rex does all his manifolds look great. I will probably go with one of his.

nah, the older ones don't. i snapped mine too :lol: a dot of sikaflex holds them on sweet

I measured the pipe the WG will bolt to and it's 46mm though. Will that WG still fit?? Ill need to get an exhaust place to put a v-band flange on there as it has a 4 bolt setup atm..
