took some time to do some squats tonight so test out how my groin injury has healed up

smallest of soreness still at the base of the squat motion (probably inflexibility if anything) but other than that ill just keep chipping away until it feels strong again

went not so strict on the ol' diet for a few weeks but kept going to the gym, realised it was a stupid desicion and now its time to not be a f**khead again and finish the job

 

next week im starting a different program and back strict on diet and lose the rest of my gut

 

time to get shit done

called a carb load 2days early due to generally feeling worn out/tired all the time

 

also havent weighed myself yet but have had to re-notch my belt an inch further in since stating this cut :D cant wait to see the end result

program is challenging enough, i do it all at maximum pace so im out the door in 30min if that.

 

i think i started with the weights a little low for squats though since im still repping up to the 20's, but good reconditioning from when i hurt my hip

 

 

its killing me not being able to weigh myself haha, not long before the last of my gut is goneski :D
