Where to buy S15 Spec R GT alloy pedals?

Recommended Posts

Im after the stock alloy pedals off a Spec R GT S15. I haven't called Nissan yet as they will probably want drug money. I remember some traders on this site being able to get them from Nissan Japan for a good price but i can't post in the WTB section for some reason. Any help? Can anyone point me out?

I'd pay $150 for a set, I called my local Nissan dealer and was told they were around $500 as they were part of the whole pedal assembly.

I told him that others had been picking them up for $150, if you can please provide the part number than that would be great.

$500 WTFFF thats bullshit! Here are the part numbers, they are also available seperately:

Accelerator pedal 18016 AB010 $72.20

Clutch/Brake pedal 46531 AB000(i think they are both identical) $37 each

I asked him multiple times if they were the alloy pedals that come off a Spec R GT and he said yes. They did have to be ordered from Japan but the prices were still the same.

Also picked up a Silvia "S" lightning bolt badge for $46, some sponsors here want that plus shipping! And they don't even have half the overheads as a Nissan dealership!!

Im really not sure buddy, they are on order. For that price though i would think its the whole pedal, but minus the actual rod thing that connects to the drivetrain. Like if you were to buy a set of Momo pedals.

BS is what I thought aswell but he was making it out that the pedals were the whole unit including arm assembly. I will give him those part numbers ago and hopefully they match up.

The guy also said they need to be ordered from Japan and no where in Aus had them in stock.

Let us know what there like when you get them, Thanks.

I called them back up and gave the part numbers you had and they said for the set of 3 $158 which I was happy with.

There going to get back to me whether they bolt on in place from the standard rubber ones.

I'll keep yous posted.

Kinda off topic, I wanted to get the glow/plasma dials for the instrument cluster (preferably blue/aqua). Ive Googled & checked ebay for the S15 ones but I can only find ones for the s13 & 14. I would have thought they would have been more available given the later year model. If any one knows where I can source these Id greatly appreciate it.

Will these fit on a S13/s14 or does the S15 have a different design pedal?

Was this trade price?

I'd also like to know if they fit the s13/14s as well. Broadfield has Z33 pedals in his S13 but he mentioned that it's not a straight swap.

Im guessing that may be the accelerator pedal is a replacement pedal, brake & clutch are - remove the existing pedal pads and slip on replacements, most OEM upgrades seem to be designed like this.

Maybe OP can post up the info once they're installed.

Is there an alloy cover for the dead pedal (foot rest) S13-S15?

They do fit S14 with some small modifications (Ive put BNR34 VSpec2 pedals on s14 which I think are the same as Spec R GT). You need the bushings from behind the accelerator pedal too.

They aren't trade price, anyone who is anyone gets them for about $150. Tradies/mechanics could get them for less. I'll take pics when they come in and get installed, hopefully shouldn't be too much messing around.

I can imagine the Nismo dead pedal being more expensive than the entire Spec R GT set... Give it a go though.

they wouldn't be legal here, so keep that in mind (lack of rubber on pedal)

Are not the rubber studs enough? I cleared a defect with slip-ons from autobarn. Might be different tho, and was a few years ago.

You need to get the bushing for the accel, otherwise they wouldnt fit - found it the hard way
