tbh i dont train my deadlifts as much as i should. i broke my right hand about 2 years ago and due to this my grip is shithouse for deads. i have attempted a 255kg dead and got the weight up, but due to my grip dropped the weight. that 210kg lift is an honest competitive standard lift.

tbh i dont train my deadlifts as much as i should. i broke my right hand about 2 years ago and due to this my grip is shithouse for deads. i have attempted a 255kg dead and got the weight up, but due to my grip dropped the weight. that 210kg lift is an honest competitive standard lift.

 

I still find 285kg hard to believe.

 

My bench and deadlift is similar to yours but my squat is a country mile from that figure.

can see where ur coming from bro. i take my leg training very seriously. took me around 3 years, 2 torn ankle ligaments, 3 fused discs to get there, wasnt an over night thing.

But I wanna be around 70kg, just have so much trouble putting on weight...

 

you may have an underlying medical condition such as an overactive thyroid or something (makes you skinny as f**k)

 

adopt the ptc skinny guy routine and follow the diet, if you dont any gain weight then ill be very very surprised.

You aren't eating enough. Simple as that.

I've gone from 50kg to 75kg in 2 years since lifting weights. It's piss easy.

No such thing as a hardgainer, only an under-eater.

 

 

yeah, I've been eating a shit load more and I've put on just over a kg in a week combined with 4 sessions at the gym. thumbsup.gif I'm gonna try do the whole monthly picture thing and see what happens.

havent been lifting for very long seriously, with diet etc in mind, but pretty much have it sorted now,

roughly 190cm tall

88-90 kgs

squat 120

bench 65 lol

dead 100

all of these are what i do for reps not 1rms, never tried 1rms as i do it at home unspotted lol..

Squats are pitiful I know, I used to do more but with incorrect form, so dropped weight to correct it. I'm really concentrating on form in everything I do in the gym these days.
