Post your height & weight

Just curious.

 

My goal is to be 105kg's. I have hit 101kg in the past.

 

 

6 foot 4 inch (193cm's) 97 kg's. Low bodyfat - just a little round tummy that's all.

Height: 175cm

 

Weight: 95kg's

 

Carrying a little bit of fat that I want to shave off. I'd like to be around the 85-90kg mark. It was the first time I have been out to town for nearly 6 months over the weekend and I had a couple of people ask whether or not I am on steroids and said that i'm too big. :S Hate that as it turns me off lifting. :(

92kg,

 

bit tubby around the belly still, want to be 95 and no belly.

 

while still having a 550kg+ total.

currently just under 500kg

Weight: 81kg

 

Aim is to be 85kg by NYE then bulk to 90kg and get back down to a lean 82-83kg.

want to get strong but lean right out and come down to 70kg have more of a welterweight fighter build

I believe your own lifting comps are seperated by weight aren't they m&m?

 

This gives you an idicator of which weight class people of similar height are to yourself.

 

Is it still pointless?

Since when does somebody else's height effect how much weight you lift?

A better thread would have been "What's the best bodyweight for my height" or something along those lines if that's the info you're after.

flat bench 90kg

Dead lift 160kg

Squat 100kg

 

A little more info. Really depends what you train for. Thought people die at 3% body fat.

Height: Just shy of 6' (182cm)

Weight: 94.3kg

Flat Bench: 115kg (Unspotted)

Deadlift: 150kg

Squat: ?????

Not because the weight is anything special, but because 99.9% of that users posts have been complete crap, and I wouldn't be surprised if he was talking shit here too now :lol:

80-82kg.

 

I should be around 77 since i still play bball but oh well. Cant see my abs so obviously carrying a bit of fat.

Look man, not here to prove anything. Just posting what is the facts. 160kg is easy for dead lifts. Friend of mine is who weigh around 84kg is dead lifting 135kg. Your just not training hard enough
