JDM EVO 8 Posted November 22, 2010 Height: 175cm Weight: 95kg's Carrying a little bit of fat that I want to shave off. I'd like to be around the 85-90kg mark. It was the first time I have been out to town for nearly 6 months over the weekend and I had a couple of people ask whether or not I am on steroids and said that i'm too big. Is it still pointless? Since when does somebody else's height effect how much weight you lift? A better thread would have been "What's the best bodyweight for my height" or something along those lines if that's the info you're after. Not trying to be a dick, just saying... Just posting what is the facts. 160kg is easy for dead lifts. Friend of mine is who weigh around 84kg is dead lifting 135kg.
