That's an even better time then! Car is obviously very fast and your steering it well.

More practise alone should have you going quicker as it does take some time to figure out the track!!

Boxhead gave me some good tips. Without that advice I wouldn't be in the 1:03's. Definitely want to have another crack there sometime. See what next year brings

First time i have really been able to drive the car, and its first time at wakefield since build.

Ran well, but some brake issues held the times back a bit.

Should be better times to come.

Gear box is temporarily sorted. Needs a bit more attention in a couple of areas to be 100% but was working fine on the day.

Brake pedal feel is one area that needs to be addressed.

295 all round.

Whats the brake set-up on the car?

I am changing my rears to R33 and am putting on a BM50 non-abs master (doesn't require a t-piece). I have a Z32 booster but not sure if I should run the standard S13 booster or the Z32 one. Interested to hear what you have done.

aero: bits of Aluminium pop riveted on

springs: BC racing

i didnt go out since 2011 when my 180sx was a street car but i was suprised that i ran a 103.. the BOZMAN gave the best advice and thats smooth lines

that day we didnt complete a few laps due to power steering oil leaking. the car had heaps of under steer and we now found the problem and hopefully sorted

Thanks Matt.

First time on the extended circuit. Doesnt gel with the rest of the circuit in my opinion, although my opinion of it might improve once we change the gearing in the car so its a bit more suitable.

Need to focus on removing more weight and ideally gaining a bit more power.

Jono,

Just saw the footage on Facebook . Have to agree with your comment on new part of track.

Great time . An extra 30rwkw would be helpful. You guys have got it sorted out very quickly. Well done !

WTAC ???

Not the best laps on that footage as unfortunately the camera batteries were flat for the later session when i did the quicker times. Also first lap was a shocker as i didnt get the tyres up to temp on the out lap.

I think the best time in that session was the last lap with a 2:07.8.

Hopefully have a little more power soon but wont be anything too massive. Also trying to get a shorter diff ratio as the 3.7 with the rb25 box is not a good combination.

Yeah its entered in wtac in open class but i wont be driving it. Not expecting to be too competitive when others in similar cars are pushing 100 - 150rwkw more than us, but we'll have a crack.

Heres the vid for those that arent on facebook...

Nice!

Jono why don't you convince the owner to slap on a 3076 or 5557 or 5858??? It would help massively at WTAC at EC!

Trying to, but unfortunately have had to spend more on getting the gearbox fully sorted before we spend elsewhere.

With a bit of luck the gearbox problems will be a thing of the past now.

And while i remember the car was actualy running on Yokohamas for that round.
