Received. Had a read through it this morning and looks good.

Is there a dedicated nutrition guide in the works later on maybe?

If there is enough demand I can do one. With strength training, protein and calories is what matters most, gets heaps of both

Money sent Markos. Looking forward to it I having been having issues finding quality reading material lately. I'm signed up for your newsletters so will be in your distribution list.

Thanks,

Marco

Thanks M

Are "box squats" simply a set height box you squat to (to get depth deeper)? Or, a box that you squat to and pause on?

"sprints" - I have read you have 136m? do you do any shorter?

Also, are the assistance excercises listed in any specific order?

Their the only questions i have about what seems to be a great program. 115kg bench and 150 squat here I come :)

Tommorrow I will do a Q&A on the PTC PPP. I will answer most questions in a separate thread/post

A box in a box squat is there for u to squat to and then pause on. It forces u to sit back and work different muscles; hips, glutes and hammies. If u always squat to a box, below parallel, it can help u judge ur depth when squatting normally.

I said I would keep everyone posted on how the guys are doing on the program.

Alen is on the 110kg bench program. After completing week 4 last night, he did pause benching for assistance, he paused 110kg already. Two thumbs up.

Max is on the same week and the same weight, and after he completed week 4, he pause benched 100kg.

Nick deadlifted 225 x 3 easily, he is on the 280kg program, he just passed week 4. He also passed his bench, as did Kelly.

Dave and Simmo are going strong, Nina and Annie are doing it easy, Simon, Jarrod and Ian got through, Jimmy and Jason smoked bench last night

We might see some struggling over the next few weeks, I'll let you know about those
