PTC Progressive Poundage Program

Recommended Posts

Recently I posted a topic in regards to systematicly increasing poundage.

we had quite a few early failures, so over the past 3 weeks I have been tweaking it.

Before I announce anything, I am using PTC clients to get it right.

I will give more details once testing is completed.

The new program has more sets, reps and is of longer duration.

Looks like this program is a winner.

The boys are up to week 3 and doing well.

Today Nick squatted 185kg x 5 easily and Max close grip benched his regular bench PB of 102.5kg and 80kg x 10.

Most lifters at PTC are following this program

No link, no info, working on something bigger.

Currently being trialled by PTC lifters only.

A lot of work has gone into this. The PTC guys have busted their asses to.

You'll have to wait.

Okay, the PTC PROGRESSIVE POUNDAGE PROGRAM is complete.

Its a complete guide to strength training with programs, cycles, assistance work, nutrition(basic) etc that should last you for many, many years, until your the strongest guy you know.

Every rep, set and weight is marked out for you. Frequency is covered, everything you'll ever need.

I have been working on it for around 8 weeks. There have been plenty of bugs, but its as good as its ever going to get.

Testing has proven very succesful. I would like to thank all the lifters at PTC for their help. They will continue to train using thee priciples for quite a while.

Anybody that DOESNT train at PTC wishing to buy the complete 23 page program, its a measly $20.

As far as I'm concerned, that is the best $20 anybody will ever spend that is interested in getting stronger.

Cheers

Markos
