what do you listen to at the gym?

haha Ronald Jenkees .. he does some awesomeeee stuff.

 

eh i dunno.. varies greatly for me.

I mainly listen to my fav trance/hardtrance/hardstyle tracks.. or some really crankin metal.

for me its a bit of house, electro and some heavier stuff aswell like Rage against the Machine or System of a Down. I find the angry music helps to train that little bit harder
