Goal is going to be continue to drop the fat, then start packing on some muscle. Want to get rid of the last of my gut.

In terms of training its deffinitely a 200kg DL which i have started a routine for.

Thanks for the kind words guys :)

Hey mate, great progress with the weight loss. How come you don't progress in the weights though? Eg. you've stayed at 10x120kg squats for the past 2 months, why no progression?

Thanks mate.

With squats i used to only squat to parallel so i am trying to work on my flexibility and technique to go ATG. I am currently just below parallel but need to still go further down i think. I could easily squat 130kg+ for the 2 sets of 10 going to parallel i think but really want to get this ATG happening. It sucks not having anyone to show me how to do it so im kind of just hoping im doing it properly. Tonight i actually tried making my knees stay "inwards" rather than going "outwards" and i seemed to be able to go a bit lower. Going to try putting some plates under my heels on Friday as well cause i noticed when i was going down lower my heels seem to raise up off the ground and i was losing balance.

ATG is heaps more beneficial than going to just below parallel isnt it? Am i just wasting my time trying to go lower than parallel? Should i just continue upping the weights while squatting to parallel or continue to get my squat deeper?

Fair enough, it might be worth talking to Chris_S15 as I believe he also had issues with depth.

Are you doing the PPP to 220? I can't decide to do the 210kg or 220kg because I struggled with 200kg.

At this stage I'm going 210/220 dead, 125 bench and 160 squat I reckon.

Starting tomorrow with deads, bench on Wednesday and squat on Fridays I think will work best.
