This thread is purely for all the junky topics, the Hybernation diet for example. Its a junk type thread. Nothing wrong with it, but it doesnt deserve its own space on this forum. I am going to go through and clean up the forum now, all threads I consider junk will go in here.

 

I would rather do that than delete them because it can be fun to read odd ideas every now and again.

 

So if the thread you made is missing, its probably in here.

hey guys,

 

i not long ago brought one of this home gyms, http://www.befit.com.au/adel/wcms/wb3.htm

im looking at toning my muscles and getting rid of the small love boobs.. :( lol

 

im 21 weigh at around 62 63kgs, 5.11 so im kinda a skinny rack as people would say... MR BURNS

 

 

been through most threads and diets but still kinda confused..

are you confused because you didn't understand what you read or??

 

1.) that home gym is pretty much a waste of money, but since you've bought it, use it.

2.) eat foods that are low in carbs, high in protein, moderate fats.

3.) remove all junk foods from your diet (most if not all takeaways, sweets, soft drinks etc) - also reduce or remove booze.

4.) eat plenty of natural unprocessed food (meats, fish, eggs, milk)

 

if you must use that equipment you have, then do so.. it is all mechanical, so you can't get it too wrong.

if you can sell it off, and use the money from that to buy a barbell and some weights, you'd get a better start.

I thought I would start a fun thread. Simply list 10 things you will never do, gym wise or otherwise. Nobody should take offence at this, its simply a bit of fun.

what sorta movements on the machine would be best tho for what im looking for?

 

haha yeh there not huge love boobs, just flubby fat but when i tense it its hard..

 

at the buttom by the legs i can attach another handles to do biceps lifts and also do the rowing movment

 

but for shoulders should i sit facing forward or turn around and face the machine..

well theres no point selling it u just lose twice as much money, so i should just try get most out of it,

 

i got 1 dumbell with around 13kgs of weight..

 

yeh i read and sum goes in and so goes straight past.. but im trying...

You are massively underweight.

Forget 'toning' and love boobs.

You need to eat twice as much food as you are now and pick up heavy things.

Squats, Deadlifts, Overhead presses, Rows, Chins, Bench, Dips

 

Build your routine around those.

no use babying people, give them the facts, he can either keep using his home gym or man up and lift some heavy shit.

ill never do:

1. baby clients through sessions

2. have swiss balls, mirrors or a leg curl machine in my gym

3. cheat on my fiancee

4. give up on my dreams

5. give up full stop

10. ive got nothing lol

 

things i want to do:

1. have 50 1hr sessions per week. (currently at 12)

2. have a family with my fiancee

3. be worth 1million by the time im 25

4. have a client hit 140-180-220

5. own a stupidly fast car

6. have a massive gym with only the best trainers

7. train at ptc

8. never have a client do a no show (had 3 today already)

9. go to a paramore concert

10. live on a mansion on 50 acres.

haha i cant put weight on, i drink 2ltrs of choc milk each morning, sandwich or kfc or maccas for lunch most days and i eat takeway fri sat sunday

 

 

yeh ill look at getting a curl bar and sum weights for now

^^ lol the big knobs in this section wont be happy with that... well anyways since you dont want to get so huge like most of the people in this section who cant turn to wipe their arse properly and do the same workouts !! theres a few workouts you can do with that pissweak machine to tone up

 

flys, presses, curls, tri pushdowns, lat pulls etc etc im sure when you buy that sort of machine they have a chart showing the workouts you can do !!

 

get your self a curl bar some free weights, bench press and protein powder if you wish lol train at least 30 mins 3 times a week or more and im sure you'll see yourslef tone up a lil with your height and weight it wont take long...

 

not your standard answer and the hardcore chums will probs rip that to shreds but it does say BEST FOR WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR

I think thats your first problem.

 

I dont know how you can eat that most days of the week.

 

The diet plays a big role and you should seek into that. Fix that problem, the rest should follow easily :)

 

Just eating properly (well eating twice as much as i use to and the right foods) with heavy lifting etc gained me 5kgs really quickly. I toned down and looked bigger naturally..

 

So try and fix you diet first.

 

Perhaps pm M&M and get him to make you a plan etc..
