Ultimate Turbo Reference guide for Nissans.

Waiting for build engine, but I might crank her over 20psi and see what she'll do.

 

i thought the twin scroll came in .78 vband option i havent been able to find a .83 option for the twin scroll housing..

You can get T3 .78 .82 or 1.06 in twin scroll

 

ahk must be just the .78 in the v band option then

You can get all 3 with vband for the dump

Trim of turbo: 52

Rear Exhaust housing: 0.64

When does vehicle begin boost: not sure rpm but the big kick is at 3750.

When does vehicle reach full boost and what PSI: 19-20psi@ 4200rpm roughly

Does the vehicle have Cams? Tomei poncam 256 deg

 

Made 247kw@19-20psi tuned at unigroup.

Size of engine: SR20DET

Modifications to the car: FMIC, 3", AVCr, 740cc's, z32, Unichip, Pump

Type of turbo: Hypergear ATR28G2

Trim of turbo: 52

Rear Exhaust housing: 0.64

When does vehicle begin boost: Dont know exactly..about 3200rpm ....it hits bloody hard by 3500.

When does vehicle reach full boost and what PSI: 16psi at 4200rpm

Does the vehicle have Cams? no.

 

Made 197rwkw on 16psi.

 

Have wound the boost up to 18psi but dont know what power it is making? Any guesses?

 

GOt some idle issues ..i thought it was the injectors but i think i need to upgrade to a better ECU.

Size of engine - SR20DET

Modifications to Car - Wolf3d V4, 555 injectors, forged internals - eagle rods, wiseco pistons, balanced, etc. All arp bolts, ported and polished head, no exhaust system (literally), Water/methanol injection - (not connected-biggest waste of money ever-lost 20kw), large FMIC 3" with thermo fans, HKS SSQV BOV, pod filter,etc

Type of turbo - GT2860RS (potato)

Ehaust Housing - 64

When does vehicle start boost - approx 2500rpm

When does reach full boost - approx 4000rpm

Does the vehicle have Cams - yes Brian Crower Stage 3 cams 272/272 12.55 lift with spring kit

 

230rwkw at 18.5psi

 

Have read elswhere in thread someone pulling almost 270rwkw with same turbo and injectors, is mine not tuned properly or is the other guy playing with himself??

You're wrong pal. 270rwkw IS possible with a 'disco and 555's. If it was a cold enough day and he has a good Intercooler..... (and a rising-rate FPR).... its totally possible.

When does vehicle reach full boost and what PSI: heavy load (eg. 5th gear)3500-36005th 15psi. more like 3600-3800 on flat road for 2nd-3rdth gear 15psi.

Does the vehicle have Cams? if so; stock

What brand:

What lift/duration etc:

Max power achieve at what boost: 219kw 15-16psi

pretty happy with it still needs more work and boost! but the 2871 is a great turbo if your not after mass power!!

192rwkw with stock injectors and fuel pump? that can't be right.

 

i got the same setup except for a walbro intank pump and make 191kw at same boost. bit laggy tho doesnt hit full boost till 4700.

Max power achieve at what boost: 285rwkw @ 1.4 bar on 98. Has a boost leak at the injectors, hence the rich AFR's. Will re-tune once it's sorted to gain some more response

 

 

 

All I can say is "fully sick" nice to see someone go to town on a car.
