  1. A lot of the other posts were deleted because they had quoted and commented on some of the previous posts with abuse and name calling, and were generally of a negative nature. Like I said if you don't think you want his advice then fine but don't go shutting him down because you have decided to judge his knowledge by his photos. If he had offered dodgy advice and so on then different story. All Christian has done is offered his services. GT-RZ could you please elaborate on what world records he was going for? I personally know about 10 people with world records, doesn't mean shit. There are world records and then there are world records. Having seen some MASSIVE lifts with my own eyes before, the way he pulled 695kg x 10 that easily is a HUGE effort.I don't think you understand how a big a lift that is. It would put him with the elite, and probably quite easily one of the best deadlifters in the world especially at that bodyweight. Look I might be wrong, and I can admit if I am, but that is a MASSIVE lift and having some personal knowledge on powerlifting, makes me question the validity of the lift.

  3. Just off topic a little but I call bullshit on the 700lb for 10 reps. If he did that, that is a world class effort. I know/met some of the strongest guys in the country and I don't think they could do that, let alone some brah in his f**king lounge room. I don't know how no one else picked up on that.

    I wasn't going to lock this thread because of the different views to mine. I was going to lock this thread because I could see that this thread was going to get out of hand (i.e. people calling each other idiots and dumbasses). I was always happy to keep it open for debate if it doesn't get out of control.

Although it may not be everyone, or you may not function the best mentally, carbs are the only macronutrient that is not essential to the body. I don't believe he ever said you should eat no carbs. I believe he just said that low carb diets work and are NOT dangerous. Generally for keto diets once you cut carbs you need to really up your fat intake. It's not just a matter of cutting carbs. If this retarded-ness continues I'll lock this thread.

    No point Even westside training u are doing single reps however u start at 50% of 1rm and end up at 105% U dont just do 1 rep. I don't even know what that means.

    Because the milk will slow down the absorption of your post-workout protein shake, which you want asap. I'd use water.

    Having those goals is fine, however you will need to add the weight because your body will no longer adapt to the stress you put it under. You can continue to do it 3 times a week if you want but I believe deadlifting once a week will help you reach your goals a bit better. Supersetting pullovers with squat would mean you would squat 1 x 20reps and then straight after follow it up with 1 x 12 of pullovers, then on your next set squat 1 x15reps then follow with 1 x 12 of pullovers. You can still do a heap of warm up if you want but i wouldn't go to 20 reps. I'd do something more along the lines of Bar x 10 Bar x 10 40kg x 10 60kg x 10 80kg x 10 100kg x 20 100kg x 15

    Just re-read your original post. You are doing far too many reps with your warm ups for squats and you are obviously not doing the pullovers as super sets. You have added 3 more sets and an addition 52 reps of pullovers to the (Original) Skinny Guy Routine and you are wondering why it is taking you so long. Stick with the ORIGINAL routine and just progressively add more weight to the bar. Hope that helps.

    Don't worry about what he said, he's just being a f**king idiot. I don't understand how it's taking you 1.5hrs to do that routine. Unless you are waiting for equipment like Kez said. The other thing is that your saying it's taking too long but you've modified it and added extra sets to the squats, curls and bench. Cut those last sets out and follow the original program, just add more weight. With the pullovers are you supersetting them with your worksets in the squat? If i were you i'd stick with the program. There's a member on here who is about 5" and 65kg who used the Skinny Guy Routine for 2 years straight and he ended up squatting around 170kg, benching 110-120 and deadlifting 200kg. Keep sticking with it till you can hit 1RM of 140kg squat, 100 bench and 180 DL. If your getting bored with it do Skinny Guy Routine say 2x a week(Mon/Fri) and maybe a clean/deadlift/cardio session once a week(Wed). e.g. Monday - (Original) Skinny Guy Routine Wednesday - Deadlift 1 x 5RM SLDL 2 x 10 Chins/pull ups 3 x failure Cardio - e.g. Thrusters Swings Clean and Press Anything Tabata I also personally would not bother with a pre-workout shake as it will not help you with energy during your workout. I would also avoid using milk in my protein shakes (especially post workout) except for breakfast.
