  1. 30 Day squat challenge

    Registered solely based of seeing this thread.. I'll be polite in saying this - the challenge originally posted is by far one of the most retarded fads ever. 100-250 squats isn't overtraining, it's called a warm-up and break between sets of actually doing regular barbell squats/lunges/bulgarian squats.. Sure, it's great for beginners who've just bought their first gym membership, but utterly insulting to those who aren't your average couch sloth.. Just my .02 eur cents..
