i have a few rims that are cracked, damn gutters!

talked to a few wheel repair places and they are not interested.

the rims are forged lightweight, does anyone know of any places that can weld these?

and yes i am aware that its dangerous and illegal but im only gonna be using them at the track.

has anyone had or heard of a rim being welded successfully and not had it re-crack?

Wouldn't the fact that its purpose will be track use be more incentive to not do it???

im gonna agree. a fast pace over a bumpy ripple strip could put a bit too much pressure on a re-welded forged rim

take it to wheel werx in dandy do heaps and heaps of alloy wheel repairs

they told me they don't weld!

damn man thought they did u can get cheap tyres threr tho

You sound as dodgy as OH performance so take your car there...
