according to the drunk guys walking down the street i should get rid of my Type X spoiler and then 'itll look nice' Not that i would change my car based on some underage binge drinkers, but it got me thinking....
I was initially not a fan of the type X, until i found the one I ended up buying. the front bar, without the lower lip, looks a little too soft for me. but seeing a fully kitted Type X swayed me. I hate the paddle pop stick on regular 180s, but a nice fat drift wing looks tops. what other wings are there? any other factory options?
so, what kind of wing does YOUR 180 have? maybe youre unique and fitted an S15 spoiler? id love to see that as i was thinking about it not long ago.

Got an Origin 3D GT wing coming... should sit level with the roof..

I love the look of the type-x wing on 180's, and love no spoiler too.. I just need downforce at speed...

What's with you posting in caps everywhere and then apologising.
It's like you have tourettes or something.

Type X spoiler look the best out of stock wings imo. However a gt wing set to approximately roof height also looks the sex.

i got a carbon gt wing mounted on custom struts so it sits higher

at the moment its removed and sitting inside my house because its mounted so high it looks abit to full on for the street

if your car is a type X the type X wing really suits the rest of the standard type X kit so i would keep it

Yeah I'm not changing it, if I did it would be for a big ass drift Wing. I reckon a S15 spec r wing could work ok too.

Yeap Type-X ftw. As said before, it suits if you have the rest of the kit.

In saying that though, Biggies 180 looks phat (with a f*cking P-H) with out the spoiler. But i think he is running the Hot Roads kit (similar to Type X though)

No wings here. Holes all professionally bogged etc.

Had a very mild ducktail drift spoiler on my first 180sx, and honestly i'd rock it again if one came my way.

Type-X is also hot imo, i'd rock one anyday.

When drunk strangers talk about my car I just listen and try not to say much, as I remember when I was that age people used to do shocking things to cars parked on the street when drunk. Specifically, I remember trying to calm down the owner of an RZ Supra that my friend flykicked in the rear quarter because he was completely off his chops (we were 17 or so). Turns out the Supra's owner was sitting in the car, and my friend's 'hiyahh' left a massive dent the size of a size 9 shoe lol. IIRC, some of the group even wanted to bash him when he got out (there were quite a few of us), but I managed to diffuse my friends somehow and we swapped details cos I felt bad for the guy...really I mean who fly kicks sportscars on a Friday night? Not cool. </end pointless story>
