Cheers Joe.

ill go and get one this weekend

provided the warranty checks out

supercrap are normally pretty good with their warrantees!

when does the special end?

9500LBS is too small for a patrol daimonson

you need a 12,000lbs especially if its chinese

the weight of your car is ontop of the forces being applied by being stuck. so think about how hard u have to pull your leg out of mud, now try with a 2.8t car. forces be huge

9500 lb is only about 4.2 T also, which when you take in the suction of mud would be not much in comparison

those ropes are amazingly strong, they are made from a mix of nylon/polymers i believe. similar to what snatch straps are made from

the ropes are 11ty better

if they snap they dont cut you in half

worth about $360 for a winch sized length of it too

f**k it im getting a chinese one...my car is only 850kgs and heaps of people have had good runs with the china ones

$1500 on a warn is fuken rediculous

they seem to like the china winches in that thread....f**k if these dudes are using 9500's on hiluxes then there is no way my car is going to have a drama

:D

I also read that and instantly thought "I am never parking my car in a city backstreet on a satruday night"
