Hey guys,
I need some help here, I just bought a sil, and need to get a rody to transfer it onto my name. I took it to a mechanic close by and they wrote me a list of stuff some of which arnt true. I dont want to go to another one and pay to get knocked back again. If any one here can recomend a place, ill chuck $50 your way if its successfull. Oh and pm me dont post any details of places.

+1 to legit. Just bite the bullet and pay for the stuff needed. Otherwise take a gamble and try another place, risking $80... A quick tip in case you didn't know- go to a place that knows jap cars...

Unroadworthy cars are harshly frowned upon in the world of NS.com.....

should have never got a car without RWC to start off with buddy..

now that you need, you stuck and need to get it fixed up yourself

if you can’t even get ur up to par with a simple RWC, good luck maintaining your car in the coming years

post of what you need to fix up and we can direct you where to go to get it fixed

yeah that's a good idea to post up the list. you can get used parts here and have a read thru the tech section to find out how to install stuff.

i had to get a windscreen in my 180 for a rwc just coz of a little chip. it cost about $160 and the dude came to my house and did it...

Trying to find a dodgy roadworthy these days is as hard as finding a 16 year old who's box hasn't been thrashed.

I just brought s15 with rwc, it was a dud and to much headfuks to chase these guys,

Stone chips, Less then 1.5m tyre on all 4 tie rod end boots split, no number plate globs and no window stop light,

ended up paying to do it my self, and i got everything trade so i was lucky,
