Just wondering if any fellow ns members have any of the above that I could possibly borrow to clear a defect over the next week.

Also wondering as the defect is only minor.

It only lists:

Ground clearance & Excessive noise.

Should I still swap other stuff like airbox, steering wheel, stretched tyres, spacers, etc etc. Just in case I get some really picky dude from vicroads who inspects the car?

Any help would be much appreciated,

Thanks guys!

hey dude where are you located.

does this require a pit inspection at vic roads?
if so dont change shit but what your defected for...

vicroads dont care about anything else but whats on the defect. simple.

A minor roadworthy only requires the car to be taken to a Vicroads office and checked off for what it was defected for..

Altho if the car looks much more defective then you were done for they can give you a Major and make you get a full rwc, so its best to make it look nice and clean atleast.

I would only fix whats required, and leave the bay as is since they dont need to check anything inside of it :)

cool thanks for the advice guys!

I'll leave the airbox as is then. I'll probably change the wheels, as I'm worried they might say something about them.

I picked up an exhaust from Paul's in Oakley today, thanks for the offers though.

Oh another quick question.
Would you guys bother to change over the dump and front pipes back to standard?
or just leave them? (The inspection does not required a db test at all)

Many thanks in advance
