Lets see if someone can tell me what's going on.. I notice at night there are sometimes cars that are parked by the side of expressways and they look empty, and next day those cars are gone! There's no houses next to the expressway, so I don't know why people park their cars there in the first place. Doesn't look like car trouble either, these cars often look empty! Can anyone explain what's going on?
