Issues with the ghost chome were never ending.

end of story : chome paints look great in photos, but in the flesh it is extremely hard to apply over a whole car without mottling.

small stuff : bikes / interior pieces are no dramas, but the optical clarity on a large surface causes issues.

the new paint was custom developed at M & C Doyle Crash repairs using a blend of PPG and Spies Hecker paints.

A nice mix of heavy grain metal silver, and around 7 different candy tinters mixed with ice pearls creates the interesting new job.

Love it or hate it, it's hear to stay .

me personally. i LOVE it :P

i have got two front bars:

1) bomex as featured in that pic
2) custom blend of Target and Nismo (pics soon)

i recon i will use the target nismo one most cause it looks the hottest, but will see which looks best on the car...

Vertex IMO is a bit done already... too common... hence the different choices.

hey loz, i vote AGAINST painting the volks, in black they contrast well with the bonnet and the small tip-wings on the front bar. maybe paint a sprinkle of another pearl colour over the wheels so they look black and with light on them there is a hint of another colour?

Not sure what colour you would use tho!!!
