HELP WITH S15 DASH AND GAUGE CLUSTER IN 180SX...RB RB26DETT RB26DET 180SX HELP NISSAN CONVERSION S15 S15 DASH GAUGE CLUSTER

So far I know there is complications with getting the gauges working properly, any way to combat that, or is there nothing I can do to resolve it?

I originally thought the same as Cazman and wired up an ABS ECU... turns out the S15 cluster doesn't need a square wave.
All you need is a calibrator with high multiplication. Nothing else.
I used this one: http://www.gpsspeed....calibrator.html
I just desoldered mine, since my car never came with an airbag.
Legally you're not allowed to tamper with airbag globes, however I've only ever seen that said in the context of cars that came factory with airbags. Your call.
Engine warning light:
No equivalent in the 180sx loom, so ignore it.
Exactly as Cazman said. The midway point is 50% higher with the S13 sensor.
I wired it correctly, and had it working, but something changed during the process and it stopped. Very odd indeed.
I spent an amount of time troubleshooting it, but eventually moved on. I suspect this is an issue unique to my setup.
For everything else there's an equivalent. I didn't wire the demister to the cluster, as I converted it to work as a latching switch, and wired it to the S13 gear instead.

No, but with custom work, yes. The S13 cluster is long and thin, whereas the S15 cluster is short and fat.
Peeps in the US have done it. Link:
